I hope you are doing great! It isn’t easy to get over the concert! All over the Internet the pictures are flooding and are the talk of the town! We know it isn’t easy to get over all the pictures and moments!
But when coming back to reality the topic that scared the fans most is, when will Jin go into the military. Or will he even go? Or is the band exempted from the compulsory services.
Jin is turning 30 this year with his international age, so this is the main question for the army. There are so many talks going on around about the band members going the military enlistment.
Are BTS lacking behind?
They haven’t stepped behind in achieving anything, their list of milestones is increasing day by day. It’s not that they are performing in their country only but the love they are getting from the globe is immense. Every piece of work they come up with is excellent and loved by all!
But fans being fans! As we all know that the bond the army and band members hold is special. Every fan has their hopes very high with the Korean government.That keeping in mind their achievements and they will exempt the members from the compulsory military training. 28 is the maximum age when South Korean men can serve their military service, which is mandatory. But according to the December 2020 amendment the band members have given permission to defer these mandatory military services.

Also, one of the most loved members Jin is almost turning 30 this year and is also on the list of serving the mandatory military services by the end of 2022. Knowing well that the media will ask this question Jin was ready with the answer. During the Permission to Dance Kn stage in Las Vegas in a press conference, Jin said, “I have talked a lot with the company about military service. I talked about how I would entrust it to the company as much as possible. I believe what the company has to say is as good as my say,” he said, as reported by AllKPop.
In the same press conference, BTS’ exemption from compulsory military service was the talk also spoken by HYBE CCO Lee Jin Hyung.

Lee Jin Hyung also said ‘it appears that the debate [over the issue] is nearing an end both within society and within the National Assembly.’ He hopes that the issue is resolved within the current National Assembly. “If the issue passes on to the next National Assembly, the debate will continue without any promises, and because it’s true that the uncertainty [over BTS’s military service] is making things difficult, we hope that [the National Assembly] will reach a decision as soon as possible.”
But for now, BTS is in Las Vegas complementing their four-day permission to dance on stage. The concert is making the army go crazy. But the new album is yet to be announced by the boy band.
